- Carriers can submit offers for these loads
- Shippers review the offers and either accept an offer to generate a transport order or decline the offer to explore other options
- TRUCKSPEDIA records the details of these offers and transactions to generate accurate operational statistics

- Create personalized ads and measure their effectiveness
