  • Communication Records: Phone calls (temporarily stored for 24 hours for quality and security purposes)

  • Performance of a contract (e.g., processing offers and managing transport orders)
  • Your explicit consent (e.g., for marketing or personalized communications)
  • Legitimate interests (e.g., generating transport statistics and improving services)

5. How the Offer Process Works

TRUCKSPEDIA facilitates transactions through posted loads and user-submitted offers. Here’s how it works:

  • Shippers post their loads with relevant details
  • Carriers can submit offers for these loads
  • Shippers review the offers and either accept an offer to generate a transport order or decline the offer to explore other options
  • TRUCKSPEDIA records the details of these offers and transactions to generate accurate operational statistics


6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies to:

  • Manage platform functionality and site content
  • Create personalized ads and measure their effectiveness
  • Analyze traffic and user behavior to improve services

7. Data Sharing and Recipients
